Happy Mother's day

I know I haven't been updating this much - I am even getting emails telling me to update it!! Not that we have been doing much mind you.

Quinn is doing well at kindy, he is less hassle at home so I am hoping that will continue. Aislinn has survived her second swimming lesson, she is no more keener to put her face in the water even with goggles on. Grandma took her this week while I was at the dr and she and Aislinn had a nice girls morning out.

I put my neck out on Saturday with Quinn and Payton hanging off it, monday it was so bad I couldn't get out of bed. Thankfully Di who takes Quinn to kindy, kindly drove us into kindy and then me over to palmy to the dr. Thankfully my neck is better now.

We took thursday off playcentre as Peter had the day off and went in to feilding for groceries, then we had to go back in on friday as we had to unexpectedly take Quinn to kindy. So Peter, the bean and I went over to palmy so I could use the pumpkin patch voucher I got and Aislinn picked out a nice pink "Polka spot" dress. We got chicken little on dvd for the kids which they are insisting on watching over and over again!! I would have thought it was a bit scary for them but nope.

I have done a few LO's this week, Bronny challenged me to scrap a LO using no patterned paper and I had to use stamps, I struggled with that concept - love my pp!! But eventually came up with this LO, pic is Aislinn dressed as a clown on tuesday at playcentre.

Last week I did this canvas as a baby gift for Fiona at playcentre, I took the photo last thursday at playcentre of her new baby Bianca and older daughter Olivia - I loved it when I uploaded it and had to scrap it so decided instead of buying something would make a canvas for her.

Oh I hadn't put these in that I made for Barbara a week or so ago, she neglected to tell me it was her 60th birthday so I made her these for her scraproom - not that they have made it there yet! They are really cute I may have to make some for my desk.

This afternoon I scrapped this one of my boy. I scraplifted this one from Kerrin Quall's "Kanky" LO in the latest FK. She has the amazing ability to use pp that one (well me) would never imagine could go together and look fab on one page. So I tried to do that with this LO, it isn't as out there as Kerrin's stuff but considering what is in my stash it isn't bad. I had scrapped it all apart from the title and journalling and had no idea what to put, in the end went with this as I wanted to remind myself that even though he drives me mad and pushes me to my limits that I really love this kid to bits.

Did I tell you? Can't remember but I got another LO accepted into Scrapbook creations, they actually wanted 2 but unfortunately for them the other LO is being published by FK next month. I can't wait to see my LOs in the next 2 issues of FK :)

We are off to the Baby Proms tomorrow, I hope I can take pics in there. That's all for my week.
